From the Merritt Parkway, take exit 35, High Ridge Road, Route 127.
Head south towards the Stamford Business District, about 0.7 miles, then take a left onto Vine Road, which is just past Turn of River Hardware.
On Vine Road, go another 0.7 miles and take a right onto Pepper Ridge Road.
Take the second street on your left (about 0.25 miles), which is Red Bird Road.
Follow until the end into our club parking lot.
Going South on I-95, take exit 8, Elm Street.
Turn right at end of ramp onto Elm Street.
Elm Street becomes Grove Street, which then becomes Strawberry Hill Avenue, which becomes Newfield Avenue.
Continuing along Newfield Avenue, take the first left, Vine Road, after Trinity Catholic High School / Sacred Heart University.
Go 0.3 miles and take a left onto Pepper Ridge Road.
Take the second street on your left (about 0.25 miles), which is Red Bird Road.
Follow until the end into our club parking lot.
Going North on I-95, take Exit 8, Atlantic Street.
Go straight at end of ramp.
At second light, turn left onto Elm Street, Follow directions above from Elm Street.
